S’mores Cookie Recipe is a feel-good cookie because it tastes so good with every bite. This S’mores Cookie Recipe is one of my favorites, and I will certainly make them over the summer and fall. This recipe includes ingredients easily found in almost every grocery store.

Dough Bakery created It. Dough Bakery is a parlor located in Sugar House. It was opened in May of 2011 by two sisters with the same last name, Duncan.
The original location was at 2231 South Highland Drive, Sugar House. Dough Bakery’s second location is now at 731 South 200 East, Salt Lake City.
The original S’mores Cookie Recipe at Dough Bakery made its best to the top, and its popularity exploded.

How To Make S’mores Cookie Recipe?
- 1 cup of butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 3 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 2 cups graham crackers crushed
- 8 to 10 marshmallows
- Graham cracker crumbs
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Then, in another mixing bowl, beat together eggs and sugar until well blended.
Add melted butter and vanilla extract and mix well. Add the flour mixture and mix until the batter is a nice mixture. Then, add chocolate chips and crumbs. Fold in marshmallows and stir gently until well combined.
On a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, drop spoonful’s of dough onto it, as shown below. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are browned using an oven mitt or wooden spoon handle.
Once the S’mores Cookie Recipe is baked, let it cool for a few minutes and then break it up into small pieces and enjoy.
